Ingenia pays Newcastle’s Winarch Capital $30M to establish NSW’s largest land lease community - 427 homes

Leading health and retirement living property agent, Shane Nicholson’s Commercial Collective, has secured circa $30M from listed land lease operator Ingenia for 25 hectares in Morisset, on the NSW Central Coast, 120km north of Sydney. The land is part of a larger residential estate being developed by the vendor, Winarch Capital, a Newcastle based developer. It has DA approval for 427 homes. Ingenia is joined by America’s Sun Communities in the development of the project; Ingenia has the option to buy Sun out once the project is sold down.
