Institutional investors warm to rental operator Eureka

Small listed rental village operator Eureka has raised $8M from institutional investigatory 45 cents per share compared to its close yesterday of 51.5 cents, a discount of 12%.

Eureka says they will use the funds to acquire multiple rental villages, which they are currently negotiating.

Since 23 December their share price has increased for 30 cents to 51 cents, a jump of 66%.
