IRT Group partners with NSW Health for new $50M Bulli aged care centre

The Bulli Aged Care Centre for Excellence, which includes a purpose-built hospital co-located with a residential aged care facility opposite Bulli Hospital, is a public-private partnership with NSW Health kicking in $19.3M to the project and IRT Group putting in $16.6M.

Another $14.5M comes from the Restart NSW Illawarra Infrastructure Fund, with IRT to operate the aged care facility.
