The listed provider purchased the 4,719sqm site in Robina, 16km from Surfers Paradise, for $5.5M from property developer Robina Group in a sale negotiated by Knight Frank’s Russell Allison and James Branch.
The 105-bed facility, which will be Japara’s first on the Gold Coast and third in QLD, will be part of a new healthcare hub that includes Robina Hospital and the newly-opened Robina Private Hospital.
