Jewish Care Victoria offloads huge Melbourne aged care site to fund three ‘best practice’ senior living developments – valued at 200M+

The 3683 sqm site in Caulfield North, 11km southeast of the CBD, formerly the Mark and Dina Munzer Community Residence (Munzer) in Caulfield North, is expected to sell for between $10 and $11 million, with the funds to go towards the Not For Profit’s development pipeline which includes:

• the $85 million St Kilda Road Stage One, The Hannah & Daryl Cohen Family Building, currently under construction;
• a 120-bed Senior Living Community in Carnegie; and
• The Anne and Eric Smorgon Active Living Centre, to be built as an extension to Gary Smorgon House in Caulfield.
