Named the Hannah & Daryl Cohen Family Building, the complex will be located on the Punt Road side of the current Montefiore Homes site and be built in two stages. The finished building will include 156 aged care beds and offer three tiers of care – Traditional, Classic and Choice. Another two levels will house community, health and medical services, plus a synagogue, gallery and retail spaces. Watpac has a number of aged care projects on its books including Australian Unity’s new $64M community in south Melbourne.
