Keppel Developments secures reduction in fees over 286-home for 50’s land lease resort

Capricorn Survey Group, on behalf of one of the Capricorn Coast’s largest residential land developers, has successful sought a reduction in development application fees for its project in Taroomball, a rural locality in the Livingstone Shire, Queensland. The application for 286 homes for people aged over 50 was lodged with Livingstone Shire Council on 6 November 2023 and the fee of $77,041 paid on 14 November 2023.
