The 162-unit community will feature a country club and summer house and will be built by Hutchinson Builders and landscape architects SMEC.

Pradella CEO Phil Goodman told the local paper the summer house and first 20 homes would start construction before they begin a sales program.

Seachange now has five communities in SE Queensland, including Toowoomba and Victoria Point.

The land lease developer is owned by the family-run Pradella Property Ventures, which made its name building serviced apartments.
