According to Dale Connor, CEO Lendlease Australia (pictured), the developer is “continually improving sustainability outcomes” across its asset portfolio, with GRESB as a benchmark.
“Delivering quality assets that are some of the most sustainable in the world benefits our investors, the people who use them and the community at large, increasingly providing the competitive advantage that contributes to our investment performance,” he said.
GRESB is an independent organisation that provides environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data and benchmarking.
