Life Care plans $60M retirement village in Golden Grove

SA’s Not For Profit village and care operator Life Care has pushed ahead with plans to develop a $60 million retirement living community in Golden Grove, north-east of Adelaide.

The plan, pending approval, is for 38 apartments, 42 assisted living suites, 46 independent living units, a café and consulting rooms and would take three years to complete.

Meanwhile, Life Care is set to complete Stage two of their 41 single and two-bedroom assisted Gaynes Park Suites by late 2020.
