Lifestyle Communities launches $60M 193-home landlease community near Geelong

Lifestyle Ocean Grove will be built as part of the Kingston Ocean Grove estate, 25km from Geelong, and will feature 193 homes and resort-style facilities. The private operator secured the Kingston site, which is located next to a shopping centre, for $12.6M back in May. Unlike traditional retirement villages where 70% of new residents are couples, Managing Director James Kelly said 45% of their customers are single women, with 5% single men and the rest couples.
