Lifestyle Communities launches Riverfield LLC in Clyde, Victoria

ASX-listed land lease operator Lifestyle Communities has launched its new Lifestyle Riverfield development at Clyde in Melbourne’s southeast. Lifestyle Communities has opened a Lifestyle Lounge sales suite in Clyde, with 24 homes currently for sale starting at $520,000.

“There will be 231 homes within Lifestyle Riverfield and a large range of modern, low-maintenance home designs – from single bedrooms through to our largest homes which feature three bedrooms plus study. There is also a mix of single and double garages,” a Lifestyle Communities spokesperson told The Weekly SOURCE. “Construction has commenced and first homeowners are expected to move in late 2023.”

Lifestyle Communities has a total of seven product launches planned for this financial year, including the four already launched so far. The operator increased its debt facility to $525 million in October, in order to fund expansion.
