Lifestyle Communities takes out UDIA VIC award for affordable development

The land lease developer won the 2017 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victoria Award for Excellence in the Affordable Development category for their 154-home Lifestyle Lyndarum community.

Located in Wollert, 26km north of the Melbourne CBD, homes at Lyndarum sold between $280,000 and $400,000 with an average sale price of $330,000.
