Mudgee Deputy Mayor Sam Paine, and Lincoln Place CEO Paul Yeo open Mudgee Spring Lifestyle Estate on Saturday.

CEO Paul Yeo was on hand to open its latest land lease community on Saturday.

Announced late last year, the development cost more than $14 million with homes starting at $495,000. There will be resort style amenities including a pickleball court and gym.

"The response has been great [so far]. We're almost fully sold through the first stage release which is fantastic so we'll get on with building and then moving through into the next release," Paul said

Mudgee Spring Lifestyle Estate will have a total of 206 homes when completed. Stage 1 of 49 homes is under construction with 12 homes sold to date. The clubhouse and amenities precinct will be built in Stage 1.
