Majestic Gardens Estate mini retirement village in Maitland, NSW, by John McNaughton

John McNaughton’s latest retirement village Majestic Gardens Estate is a staged development in Maitland in the Hunter region of New South Wales.

Mr McNaughton, who owns and operates Hopelands Estate, a retirement village comprised of 19 villas in Wallsend, Newcastle, is building a total of 15 retirement villas in the Maitland suburb of Largs.

Stage 1 has been built and three of the four villas are for sale. One of the two-bedroom villas has already been sold.
