We are pleased to announce Michael Eggington, CEO of Lend lease Retirement, as an additional speaker at our LEAEDERS SUMMIT 2015, Thursday 19 and Friday 20 March at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney.
In a rare public outing, Michael will review Lend Leases long term retirement living strategy. Having acquired over 1,000 ILUs in the past month, taking Lend Lease to 13,700, he can see a total of 15,000 by Christmas.
Equally he identifies the intellectual property Lend lease is building and the fact that urban regeneration is a global business. Lend lease has identified the 20 leading cities globally for growth and retirement villages are a contender in that growth.
Care will be a required service to be delivered in to villages and he states Lend lease targets this calendar year to have established partners nationally.
