Eureka posted Profit After Tax of $8.17M

Eureka just posted a Profit After Tax of $8.17 million for the FY22, and it would have exceeded $13 million but for the devastating flood in Lismore wiping out a successful rental retirement village. Eureka owns 30 villages, five of which are owned in a joint venture, and has 14 villages under management. That’s a total of 2,507 units and an occupancy rate steady at 98%.
