New villas prove a sell-out for RetireAustralia on the NSW Central Coast

Just 9km away in Tumbi Umbi, the 314-unit Glengara has only three units remaining priced from $580,000 to $670,000 – that’s compared to Tumbi Umbi’s median house price of $545,000 for a three-bedroom house.
