Newcastle developer announces 450 unit village 10KL from his 132 unit village

Coming to the end of construction of his first retirement village, the 132 unit Walka Grange at Aberglaalyn, Newcastle (NSW) developer Paul Unicomb has announced a new 450 unit village to be built at East Maitland – 10 km away. It will be called Hunter Grange.

Walka Grange is a very traditional retirement village but was built and sold in approximately 4 years. Paul Unicomb if obviously has great confidence in the area – there are 12 retirement villages within a 6 km radius of Maitland.
