Oak Tree launches newest retirement village at Pelican Waters on the Sunshine Coast

The retirement village provider officially opened the $15 million development on 26 March and is keen to see residents fill out the 60-unit, four-storey village.

The medium-rise development represents a break for Oak Tree Group which mostly has horizontal villages in its portfolio.

The village features two- and three-bedroom apartments in an open plan model with full sized kitchens, European appliances, stone top benches and ducted air conditioning plus a secure basement carpark and a leisure zone on the fifth floor.

Oak Tree Group now owns and operates 31 retirement villages across Queensland, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania.
