The boutique village operator has already sold two of the first stage of 12 villas – priced between $355,000 and $445,000 – at its Taylor Street village, which will eventually be home to 44 two- and three-bedroom units.
It’s Oak Tree’s second village in the NSW Northern Tablelands town, joining its Martin Street village which will have 86 one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Clearly, they believe in their market.
