Odyssey offering early buyers ‘customized’ apartments in $81 million Robina aged care project (QLD)

For a limited time only in the early stages of construction, the first off-the plan buyers for Robina will have the option to ‘customise’ their apartment to meet their individual needs. Odyssey’s builders, Hutchinson Builders, will ‘personalise’ homes based on residents’ preferences – for example: putting two apartments together, moving interior walls, widening doorways, or providing custom cabinetry. As we reported here in February, the three-tower Odyssey Private Aged Care Robina project – consisting of 148 ‘luxury’ apartments, a leisure centre and a childcare centre – will be built 100 metres from the Robina Town Centre on QLD’s Gold Coast. In an industry-first, Robina’s separate childcare centre will cater for both staff and residents.
