Liverpool Golf Club has decided to keep its senior beer drinkers and members close to home by carving off their 2.2 hectare driving range to build 100 to 150 homes for seniors living. They will sell them as house and land packages.
The scheme was developed in conjunction with the not-for-profit Mounties Group which owns seven clubs plus for holiday resorts. Mouties positioning itself as the innovative club developer of choice with an emphasis on seniors living.
They are guiding the trophy Harbord Diggers project on the ocean at Manly which will combine a new club and an intergenerational living development.
