An 86-year-old man who was a resident at the provider’s Bankstown aged care home has died in Liverpool Hospital after earlier testing positive. Opal’s Bankstown facility has now had two residents and three staff diagnosed with the virus. An earlier positive case at its Quakers Hill home has since been discounted after the resident returned too negative tests.
