Pathways Residences to open first seniors living development in Lane Cove, Sydney

The Sydney-based self-described boutique aged care provider has just started marketing its first seniors living development, which will be co-located with aged care facility Amara Longueville.  

Amara Residences Lane Cove, 9km northwest of Sydney’s CBD, will have 92 two- and three-bedroom apartments. 

These amenities include a lavish pool, a gym, a hair and nail salon, dining featuring gourmet cuisine, a wellness centre dedicated to holistic health and rejuvenation, and a private wine cellar.   

There will be a shared car, scheduled shuttle services to shopping centres and there is a bus stop directly outside Amara Residences Lane Cove.
