Pocket developments: six Seniors Living villas proposed for NSW Central Coast

The Central Coast of NSW is a hotbed for Seniors Living and the latest plan is for the suburb of Gorokan, 106km north-northwest of Sydney’s CBD. The development application sets out how the single-storey proposal complies with the State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with Disability) 2004 in both exterior and interior design. Each of the six villas would have single car garages as well as three visitor carparking spaces, including a disabled spot. Consolidation of two lots provides a total size of 1,481sqm. The buildings would occupy only 42% of the overall site. Security measures at the complex would include security gates, both pedestrian and vehicular, as well as monitored security cameras with back-up recording.  Public feedback is open until 23 February 2024. Browse villages.com.au for the latest on Seniors Living including availability.
