The four finalists for this year’s category at the Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards are:
- Lifestyle Manor in Bondi Junction, Sydney (Australian Unity)
- Mernda Retirement Village in Melbourne (Stockland)
- The Village Coorparoo at Coorparoo in Brisbane QLD – which won the UDIA Best Seniors Living Award and overall President’s Award in 2015 (Village Retirement Group)
- Wivenhoe Village at Cobbitty, NSW outside of Sydney (Mbark)
