The 39-year-old woman was working at a Hervey Bay retirement village when she took an 81-year-old resident’s credit card and used it 29 times over two months to withdraw money from the victim’s account.
The woman had worked as a nurse for a decade, but will never work in the industry again.
She will be eligible for parole in April.
