Sundale CEO Glen Bunneys centrepiece village in the centre of Nambour township, 100 km north of Brisbane, will grow from 300 residents to 600 residents if recent development plans are approved by Council.
Sundale is a community-based not-for-profit operator that recently celebrated its 50th anniversary and operates for retirement villages and six care facilities in the local area plus home care in childcare.
The expanded village will feature four-storey apartments, childcare facilities and a doctors surgery to service the village and the wider community.
