On Monday Ray White Chairman and principal, Brian White, announced the groups long term commitment to deliver tailored downsizing services to people struggling to manage the sale and move from the family home to a retirement village or aged care.
The occasion was Ray Whites global conference on the Gold Coast with over 2,000 top agents attending, including from Ray White offices in China, India, Indonesia, Dubai and New Zealand.
Brian White has been leading this initiative personally for 18 months with us at DoComeMonday media. For trhe past five months we have been trialling the downsizing concept page on villages.com.au. Its traffic and engagement has exceeded expectations. The Brian White videos have been amongst out top view.
On this base Ray White is now developing training courses based on our McCrindle Baynes research which will result in downsize assist certification for individual Ray White agents.
The core principal is the understanding that it is at times a long journey of empathy and support before the possibility of a transaction.
Ray White will also build in its Concierge service which looks after all trades, moving phone and electricity accounts etc.
Over the next few months we will introduce Ray White to operators who are seeking real estate partners to assist new residents to downsize.
