RCA’s Point Cook residents achieve LifeMark village accreditation

Retirement Communities Australia CEO Andrew Philip gave a presentation on how the residents of their Point Cook village ran the entire LifeMark accreditation program for their village with little input from management. He pointed out that it was a model that other operators could consider as it engaged residents in the understanding on what their village delivers them and sped up the accreditation process.
