Finley Regional Care has announced plans for up to 50 units and a serviced apartment block on eight hectares behind the Finley hospital. The Alumuna Independent Living Units development will include two- and three-bedroom units with the plan to build six units in the first stage. “There will also be space allocated for the establishment of up to 20 one-bedroom serviced apartments in future stages,” Finley’s chief executive officer Ben Levesque told the local paper. Clearly serviced apartments are proving an attractive option for operators – even those in regional areas.
