Reside Communities plans $50M expansion for retirement village in Brisbane

Ex-RetireAustralia executive Glen Browne’s village operation will bring 92 new units to its Brookland Retirement Village, 15km from the Brisbane CBD, as part of a $50 million expansion of the south Brisbane site.

Prices for the units will start at $395,000 with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.

Reside will also develop a resort-style community centre and a dedicated home care service for residents who require extra support.

The site is well-connected to local amenities as well as Sunnybank Private and QEII Jubilee Hospitals.
