RetireAustralia employee named National Retirement Living Awards NSW/ACT Village Manager of the Year

Lexi Conner, the Manager of RetireAustralia’s Boambee Gardens Retirement Village at Toormina, Coffs Harbour, 527km northeast of Sydney’s CBD, has been named the National Retirement Living Awards NSW/ACT Village Manager of the Year. Ms Conner, who progresses to the Programmed Awards National Manager of the Year title in November, became manager of Boambee Gardens Retirement Village three years ago after having worked in a sales/administration role for the previous 7 years. The purpose of the award is to recognise the village manager, staff and residents who work towards the ultimate goal of a successful, happy and harmonious village through leadership and personal commitment. Boambee Gardens is one of 29 villages with 5,500 residents operated by RetireAustralia in NSW, Queensland and SA.
