RetireAustralia lodges plans for four-storey assisted living units at NSW Central Coast village

The $20 million project would see 54 more assisted living units built at the operator’s existing Tarragal Glen village at Erina and is “aimed at addressing the increasing demand for an assisted care product on the Central Coast, allowing existing residents the opportunity to “age in place” within their existing communities” according to the application.

The operator recently had 75 assisted care apartments approved at its nearby Forresters Beach village, while 70 assisted care apartments are currently under construction at its Glengara village, also close by.
