Retirement Living by Lendlease shows how to create connected communities
In true retirement village style, the event was for a worthy cause: The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal
Over 130 people from 14 villages contested Retirement Living by Lendlease’s annual regional bowls tournament at Mulgrave Bowls Club in Victoria on 30 March.

The bowlers from Abervale Retirement Village in Grovedale, a southern suburb of Geelong, Vic, took out this year’s title. In true retirement village style, the event was for a worthy cause: The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal. The annual tournament is open to all residents who play bowls at their villages. Lendlease owns 25.1% of 75 retirement villages under its Retirement Living brand after selling a further 25% of ownership to Aware Super for $490 million in March 2022. Aware Super now owns 49.9% of the Retirement Living division.
