The 168 hectare Northcrest development located between Darwin, Palmerston and Casuarina, will also include 2,000 housing lots; 40 sites for medium-density development; two primary schools, 50,000m2 of retail and commercial space; and parklands and community spaces.
Stage 1 has now begun on the project which is being developed by local property group Halikos.
Established in 1987, the Group is led by John Halikos and Shane Dignan and specialises in local developments.
