Rosewood Care announces Pindan as builder of new $70m West Perth facility
This is the second aged care home Rosewood has contracted Pindan to build after opening its $40 million, 120-bed facility in Leederville in 2017
The leading aged care provider has announced the WA construction group as the successful tenderer for its new 152-bed, four-storey residential care facility to be completed in 2021. Under the plan, Perth’s heritage-listed cottage Florence Hummerston Lodge will form the centrepiece of the development and undergo $500,000 of restoration works. Rosewood is also investing an additional $500,000 in public art for the site. This is the second aged care home Rosewood has contracted Pindan to build after opening its $40 million, 120-bed facility in Leederville in 2017. This is Pindan’s tenth aged care home it has built.
