With finance from CIX Capital, Emblem Group Director Rowan Pollard has opened sales for its 168-home community.
“I think at the moment we’ve got nine purchasers, and a few more looking at it,” he said.
The display homes would be finished by September, with building work ongoing at the site in Benalla, a small city located on the Broken River gateway to the High Country north-eastern region of Victoria, about 212km northeast of the state capital Melbourne.
