In a first for the NFP, the provider has signed a memorandum of understanding with the club, 100km north of Sydney, to develop retirement apartments, aged care facility and new clubhouse on the 18-hole golf course.

The Club says the response to the development at its recent AGM from its 4,000 members was “overwhelmingly positive” with many already asking when they can move in.

Construction is expected to start later this year.
