The current investigation into the NSW Not For Profit’s finances is not stopping it from fulfilling on its mission with plans to develop 57 self-contained units and a 62-room, two-storey residential care facility including a dementia wing in the town. RSL LifeCare executive general manager of communications and strategy Illana Halliday told the local paper the facility would be up-and-running by 2020. “This is part of our commitment to supporting older people throughout NSW, particularly regional centres,” she said.
