RSL Queensland seeks to expand retirement village in coastal town of Emu Park

RSL Queensland owns and operates a retirement village with six stand-alone buildings with 16 one-bedroom units in Emu Park, 45kms east of Rockhampton, and has applied to Livingstone Shire Council to extend it. It seeks to build an extension with three new one-bedroom units within a one single-storey building designed by BEAT Architects.
