SA aged care provider makes move into serviced apartments with 50-unit retirement village

Murray Mallee Aged Care has received conditional approval to build the units in Murray Bridge, 76km east-southeast of the Adelaide CBD, as an alternative option for local seniors.

The units will be rented out at the cost of a significant fraction of residents’ pensions, plus their Commonwealth housing assistance payments, with services to include meals, laundry, social activities and 24-hour assistance.
