Gannon Lifestyle Group has continued its expansion into the Land Lease sector, lodging an application for 61 two-bedroom homes and 135 three-bedroom homes on 7.76ha in Strathfieldsaye. Started by Tom Sr and Mavis Gannon, Gannon sold its village portfolio to RetireAustralia back in 2006. Sons Tom and Michael restarted the brand in 2009, building a portfolio of four retirement villages before making the move to LLC’s last year with their Lucas Lifestyle Estate in Ballarat. They also now selling homes at their second Moonta Bay community on the Yorke Peninsula in SA.
