Seasons CEO Nick Loudon has kick started the $53 million Stage One of its Sinnamon Park development that will deliver 131 units comprising of one, two and three-bedroom fully self-contained apartments specifically designed and constructed to optimise delivery of clinical care and support services.
On completion it will have 283 units, costing $150 million to build.
Operating under the Retirement Village Act. Seasons states they offer independent Living in Private Aged Care is similar to Retirement Living. It allows people to maintain personal independence in modern self-contained independent living apartments while enjoying a great community and having the convenience of Private Aged Care if and when it is needed.
This slowly building business model is operated mainly in Queensland by Tall Trees, Freedom and Henley on Broadwater plus Sunrise Supported Living in Victoria.
Seasons is owned by Phil Usher of Phil Usher Constructions, QLDs largest home builder, delivering close to 700 new dwellings a year. Sinnamon Park their seventh community.
