Second operator to hand over keys to head office for retirement village

Australian Unity has announced it will convert its existing headquarters in South Melbourne (pictured) into a retirement village. They are not the first provider to make this move – Aveo is currently building a retirement village above its Brisbane head office, though its headquarters will stay in place when the village opens.
