Single home to be demolished to make way for 39-unit retirement village south of Wollongong

Local residential developer Stiletto Homes has lodged a development application with the Shellharbour Council to build a 39-unit retirement village in Albion Park, 24km south of Wollongong.

Located 400 metres of the Albion Park town centre, the development proposal shows the homes include duplex and detached options with two- and three-bedrooms.

The 1.9ha site currently has just a single home (see picture above), but the Council has ruled the land can be used for seniors’ housing.
