Six Over 55s villas part of Believe Housing Australia’s new $11M development
There are 183 retirement living options and retirement villages in Southern Adelaide, SA, on villages. com. au

Believe Housing Australia, part of AnglicareSA, has launched a new $11 million social and affordable housing development in Woodville West, 9km northwest of Adelaide’s CBD. There are 30 apartments and villas in total in the Believe Place Apartments for young people, over 55s, people living with disability, and those who are working and qualify for affordable housing. The six Over 55s villas will be ready to move in from July. This project was made possible thanks to a partnership between the SA State Government, Believe Housing Australia and a private donor. Acting Believe Housing Australia Executive General Manager, Stacey Northover, said that once new tenants have moved in, they will be supported to maintain positive, constructive tenancies and to create strong, safe and sustainable communities.
