The Paradise Quays precinct will feature 120 aged care units , 70 independent living units and 34 dementia care rooms, plus a central piazza, health and wellness precinct, community lounge and recreation facilities over 4.4 hectares in Ballajura, 14km north of the Perth CBD.

Residents will also have access to a range of in-home health and wellness services through the Not For Profit’s Southern Plus service.
