We are very pleased to announce that Anna Learmonth has agreed to present a paper at our LEADERS SUMMIT 2015 (18-19 March in Sydney). For the past 30 months she has been GM Operations, Retirement Living at Stockland and has now been appointed General Manager Sales and Legal Administration. Previously and had senior management positions with GE Finance both here and in the USA with an emphasis on the aged care sector, as well as high level executive search with Egon Zehnder International.

Anna will range across Stockland operations and sales and marketing. Stockland has developed staff training programs and supply a partnership programs to develop a national standard of excellence. With 63 villages, ambitious development programs and the constant scrutiny of a public company, Anna is very focused creating the future of the sector.
John McNamara, as Head of Retirement Living & Aged Care for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, is responsible for more funding transactions in the sector than any other financier. This means he and his team have unrivalled exposure to the real time sales in funding regimes taking place in the national market.
